Capital Planning - Crystal assists in follow-on rounds of financing, acquisitions, buyouts, re-launches, and initial public offerings. We’ll help you identify opportunities and structure the deal creatively.
People - Crystal believes that the people behind the company are key to its success. We facilitate the recruitment of additional executives to build a strong management team that can guide your company into its next phase of development. We leverage our global database on both sides of Pacific to find the best candidates for you.
Geography - We understand markets outside of the U.S. We help you develop a global strategy for your business. Together, we work with you to formulate a plan of action. More importantly, we help you execute those strategies and plans with unparalleled resources and assets so that you can prosper in today’s global ecosystem.
Our Partnership with Investors
Crystal considers our investors an important element of our network. We view limited partners as our partners in bringing innovation to market. Investment in the partnership may provide a limited partner with early knowledge of new businesses and technologies that in turn may be helpful for other investment strategies. Limited partners also benefit from our network of portfolio companies in the form of joint ventures, technology licensing agreements, distribution rights, and marketing. Crystal provides the following value-added opportunities to our investors:
- Create and share co-investment opportunities.
- Generate appropriate business development opportunities that benefit investors’ core businesses.
- Facilitate the formation of unique strategic alliance relationships between investors and portfolio companies, as well as other logical potential entities.
- Assist in various aspects of core business and special projects of investors as appropriate and as required.
- Provide portfolio and industry trend updates via publications, meetings, and other communications as well as special columns and commentaries by partners and advisors.
